Overwintered five frame nucleus hives will be available starting in mid May 2026 for $250. Pickup is by appointment in Dover, New Hampshire. We can schedule a time and date that will work for both of us as we get closer to May. All nucs will contain five standard deep frames. The nucs are in a waxed cardboard nuc box that can be screened for travel in a car.

Proven survivors, my nucs have survived their first winter in Southeastern New Hampshire. All nucs are headed by 2025 queens entering their second year. Colonies with second year queens are at their peak productivity so the nucs should expand rapidly and perform well in 2026.
